Census response low
To the Editor:
I recently became aware that the census return in Wilmington has been very low. I believe it was under 10% return. I heard someone mentioned that they could not do the census because they had not received the paperwork in the mail, and did not have the number they needed. I don’t think that people know you don’t need a number to do the census. You can go online to 2020census.gov - put in some information, and do your census right online. No number needed. I have done it. It was very easy and it took less than 10 minutes.
