Congratulations to Emily Carris-Duncan on her election to state representative for Windham 6, the towns of Whitingham, Wilmington, and Halifax.
I’d like to thank all the citizens of our towns for their generous spirit and patience these last few months. It was a true pleasure to meet so many of you, and hear your ideas and concerns. My apologies if I wasn’t able to connect with every voter, every citizen. There’s only so much time in the day and days in the week.
