Last week in this newspaper we submitted an open letter to the state of Vermont urging the governor and Legislature to allow a delay in sending in February rooms and meals taxes … and it worked!
In an announcement on Monday, March 23, Gov. Scott used his “authority to provide relief to Vermont businesses who owe Meals and Rooms Tax until further notice.”
