The month of November is Native American Heritage Month, honoring the First Nations people of this country. But how much does the average American know about the original inhabitants of this land? Or about what has happened since white man first stepped foot on American soil?
Even though our history books taught some of our history, it failed to tell the rest of the story. Most people know next to nothing about the Native American Indians.
