Ashleigh Gordon

BRATTLEBORO - On Friday, May 27, from 4 to 5 pm, Brattleboro Music Center’s artist in residence Ashleigh Gordon will host a “listening lounge,” an informal session that is a guided tour of lesser-heard BIPOC composers and works relating to a specific theme. Each lounge is built around a playlist that is shared and discussed, with Gordon as the guide. Friday’s lounge will focus on the works of Afro-Latino composers. Sessions are held in the BMC Recital Hall and are free and open to the public. Call (802) 257-4523 to reserve a seat.
