Film showing and live discussion

BRATTLEBORO - On Sunday, January 28, at 5 pm, Windham World Affairs Council will partner with Brattleboro Union High School’s PeaceJam Club, the Brattleboro Area Jewish Community, and the Latchis Theater to present a community screening of “The Cure for Hate: Bearing Witness to Auschwitz.” There will be a live discussion with the film’s subject, former neo-Nazi Tony McAleer, and director Peter Hutchison.
The film depicts McAleer’s journey from troubled teen drawn into white supremist ideology to a man trying to make amends for his hate-filled past.
