Discussion on Abenaki history

NEWFANE - The Moore Free Library will host a local author talk and reading with Robert Goodby, Thursday, October 28, at 7 pm.
Goodby, a professor of anthropology at Franklin Pierce University, will give a presentation drawing from his newly-published book “A Deep Presence: 13,000 Years of Native American History.” The book tells the story of the native Abenaki people of what is now southern Vermont and New Hampshire.
