4th of July at Stratton

STRATTON MOUNTAIN - Stratton Mountain’s annual Fourth of July weekend will kick off Friday, July 1. A growing celebration of Green Mountain events, Stratton’s family-friendly activities will run from Friday, July 1 to Monday, July 4.
Friday will kick off the star-spangled celebration with the start of summer hours for both the Stratton bike park and scenic lift rides. From Friday to the end of summer, the bike park and gondola will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 10 am to 4 pm.
Saturday, July 2, is headlined by the evening show, featuring Dark Star Orchestra and Saints and Liars. They will be playing as part of the 2022 Mountain Music series. Doors will open at 5:30 pm. Saints and Liars will take the stage at 6:15 pm as the opening act, followed by Dark Star Orchestra at at 7:30 pm.
During the day Saturday, activities will  include mountain-top yoga, the Stratton golf course, ATV tours, kayak rentals, SUP rentals, hiking, and more. Find all of Stratton Mountain’s activities and more information at https://www.stratton.com/things-to-do/activities.
Sunday, July 3, will be Stratton’s premiere event, “Mountain Friends and Freedom,” which will celebrate the Fourth of July with family-friendly activities and live music. There will be a harnessed rock-climbing wall, sack races, three-legged races, the Fourth of July pie eating contest, and other family activities.
The outdoor stage will be set for live music by the Dave Matthews Tribute Band at 5:30 pm. The DMTB is the only nationally touring tribute to the Dave Matthews Band. Stick around after the show as Stratton sends its July celebration high into the sky with fireworks at 9 pm, free to all for viewing.
Monday, July 4, rounds out the weekend with a full day of scenic lift rides and the Stratton bike park. Shop and dine in the village and enjoy the final day of relaxation of this long weekend getaway. The Stratton golf course will be open 8 am to 6 pm. Mountain bike rentals, kayak rentals, and SUP rentals will be available through First Run in the Stratton Village.
