Make Music Day returns

VERMONT - Big Heavy World announces the annual international Make Music Day festival, “Make Music VT,” June 21 in locations all over the state.
In recent years 90 cities around the United States have signed on to create their own Make Music celebrations, each with hundreds of free outdoor concerts on June 21, open to all who wish to sign up and perform.
With artists, organizations, and towns working together, Big Heavy World and Vermonters are celebrating music and community this June 21 in locations from libraries ands state parks to gardens and front porches. From parades, drum circles and flower pot music in Winooski, live bands in Burlington’s City Hall Park, a folk celebration in Grand Isle, a full day of various musicians in Randolph, music lessons and more, Big Heavy World hopes this year’s will be a breath of fresh musical air after the last year of the pandemic.
