After 16 years of planning, the MOOver unveiled plans for a new business office and bus maintenance facility to be built at their Shafter Street facility. Until the construction of the “MOOver barn,” the MOOver’s business offices were located in Dover, and the bus storage and maintenance facility was located in the former plywood factory building on Shafter Street.
