While the last class of seniors to graduate from Twin Valley High School’s Wilmington facility received their diplomas, work was set to begin on a major renovation and reconstruction project at Whitingham School. The project would transform the building, originally built in 1960 as a K-12 school for Whitingham students, to a middle-high school for Wilmington and Whitingham’s Twin Valley Union School District. Officials expected the school to be ready for students by the beginning of the school year in August.
