More than 200 people packed a legislative hearing on school consolidation at the Statehouse. Vermonters, including Dover School Board member Laura Sibilia, gave testimony on two consolidation bills, one that would merge supervisory unions into 14 county-sized supervisory unions, and a similar bill that would also eliminate the statewide education tax.
