A ballot question seeking to remove Wilmington’s Bank Park pergola failed by nearly 150 votes, with 397 residents voting to keep the pergola, and 248 voting for its removal. The question had been petitioned by residents who thought that the design of the structure did not fit the town’s classic New England aesthetic.
