At a meeting in Dover, valley residents sounded off about poor access to health care, and expressed dissatisfaction with the way the national health care reform process transpired in Washington.  Several local residents told personal stories of their struggles to afford basic health care, as well as the medical consequences that compounded from neglect.  The group also heard about two bills in the Legislature that, it was hoped, would ensure all Vermonters would have access to health care.
