The state told the town of Wilmington that their Bank Park was in violation of ADA regulations after a local resident complained that the park had been built without a state permit. However, according to Wilmington Town Manager Bob Rusten, the state had originally ruled that the park did not need a permit for the project. Selectboard members agreed to bring the park up to ADA standards.
