Sheriff’s deputies led David Boglioli into court 10 years ago. He was charged with voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of his neighbor, George Riccitelli, and was sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison.

10 years ago:
The Windham Criminal Court had to issue a call for 30 more juror candidates after they exhausted a pool of 98 potential jurors in the murder trial of Wilmington resident David Boglioli.  According to a deputy state’s attorney, many jurors were excused because of their views on gun control, or because they were acquainted with one of the 180 people on the witness list. Boglioli was eventually convicted in the shooting death of his Greenwich Road neighbor George Riccitelli.
