After more than a year of searching, Wilmington hired Ken March as fire chief.  March had three decades of experience as the director of public works and a fire captain and training officer for Boxborough, MA.
Twin Valley school officials hoped the school district would get a hefty chunk of federal economic stimulus funding for their “shovel ready” school construction projects.
