Wilmington resident Lisa Granfors, owner of The Coffee House at the junction of Route 9 and Route 100, collaborated with her coffee supplier, Dean’s Beans, to create “Bernie Buzz,” a blend of dark roast beans. As a supporter of Bernie Sanders’ recently announced presidential bid, Granfors saw an opportunity to spread the word. Bags of the blend were not for sale, but were available only by donation, with the slogan “Just like Bernie, it can’t be bought.” But Granfors did sell Bernie T-shirts she created to raise donations for her candidate.
