DOVER - In recent weeks, reports have emerged about a multi-week saga that involved a 2004 BMW X3 car stolen from a lot in Brattleboro and recovered in Ohio, with the accused robber, who is also accused of robbing a Bellows Falls bank, inside it. Andrew Dillingham, of Perkinsville, was arrested in Ohio and will face bank robbery and auto theft charges in Windham County. The car has since been returned to its owner, Carina Hellström, of Dover, who owns the Gray Ghost Inn.
