Rhyme Time with the queen
WHITINGHAM - On Monday, February 14, children attending weekly Rhyme Time at the Whitingham Free Public Library celebrated the day with a tea party and by decorating sugar cookies. Carmina Garciadealba, an outreach specialist with Vermont 211, a program of the United Ways of Vermont, surprised the children as queen of the fairies. Garciadealba read stories to the children and handed out 211 goody bags for all. Call (802) 368-7506 to register for future Monday Rhyme Times.
