Pet remembrance evening, ceremony

BRATTLEBORO - From the big “gotcha day” to the tearful goodbyes, people hold millions of tiny memories of the furever friends they’ve loved in their lifetimes. The Windham County Humane Society knows if people could plant a kiss on that furry forehead again and tell their best pal how much they are still with them, they would.
Join WCHS for their first pet remembrance night and luminary ceremony on Monday, August 29, from 7 to 9 pm. Come together to celebrate the ones that have left permanent paw prints on their owners’ hearts. The celebration will begin with a reception at River Garden Marketplace followed by a Luminary Ceremony in Pliny Park at 8 pm.
