Peace on earth
DOVER - Blake Scheer, of Dover Elementary School, is the local first-prize winner of this year’s Lions’ annual International Peace Poster Contest, sponsored in the region by the Deerfield Valley Lions Club. This year’s theme was “We Are All Connected.” Violet Kelly and Camryn Ammon won second and third prizes. The first-place winner received $75 and second and third place winners received $50.
