Middle school students have their say in creating government

WHITINGHAM - At Twin Valley Middle High School on Monday, groups of eighth-grade students proposed new forms of government for the United States. Then they debated them. Those debates, however, weren’t with each other. They were with the people who grapple with government issues daily: senators, representatives, those tasked with addressing economy issues, and gubernatorial candidates.
