Local Boy Scouts go on camping adventure

EDEN - Scouts from BSA Troop 461 in Dover went away for a full week of camp this summer at Mt. Norris Scout Reservation, where they worked toward rank advancement requirements and earned merit badges in swimming, first aid, cooking, climbing, geology, nature, orienteering, canoeing, kayaking, chess, and shooting sports.
Local Scouts at the July 17 to 23 camp included senior patrol leader Lincoln Hurley, a first-class Scout; star Scouts and patrol leaders John Mosher and Jerry Mosher; and tenderfoot Scouts Daltyn Hurley, Lucky Lucchesi, and Maveryck Lucchesi.
