Lisle Hill, once known as Town Hill, was bustling center of former village

WILMINGTON - Up Lisle Hill Road, there’s a small, quiet park. Some people use it now and then, but it’s rarely busy. Back in time, though, it was bustling. The area now known as Lisle Hill was also known as Town Hill, and was the center of activity for the town.
