Halifax invasive species survey

HALIFAX - Join the Halifax tree warden and the Halifax Conservation Commission in conducting an inventory of roadside ash trees to monitor for emerald ash borer, an invasive pest that has destroyed millions of trees in neighboring states.
Volunteers will attend a training session on how to use a mapping application on their smart phone or tablet and then participate in the survey on a flexible schedule.
