Former high school building undergoing an extreme makeover

WILMINGTON - Janet Boyd and Cindy Hayford are in the newly-refurbished vestibule of the Old High School Community Center on Tuesday when Hayford notices that outside the door, a couple is admiring the brick pathway.
“I just love that they’re looking at it,” Boyd says happily.
