BDCC project manager leaving

BRATTLEBORO - Sarah Lang, the Southern Vermont Economy Project manager, municipal fundraiser, and former YP coordinator is leaving Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation to take a position with  the Northern Border Regional Commission, a federal-state partnership for economic and community development in northern Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. Her commute just got even shorter, as she’ll be working from her home office. She’s excited for this new opportunity to help communities thrive.
Since March 2017 Lang has led efforts to build capacity and knowledge in southern Vermont’s towns and nonprofits through trainings and workshops, most notably with the Southern Vermont Economy Summit, which won an IEDC Excellence in Economic Development award in 2018.
