DOVER - Leah McGrath Goodman says she hopes to take attendees of next week’s dessert social fundraiser for the Dover Free Library on a journey.
“I want to take people through some of what I’ve confronted and tie it to what we’re confronting in this country,” says the author and journalist, who lives in Brattleboro and will be the featured speaker at the event. Some of the themes Goodman hopes to explore feel quite apropos of today’s political climate, including the question of what’s fact and what’s not, and how journalistic integrity is often questioned and attacked.
