Remember the Beach Boys song “Fun, fun, fun?”  Where is the fun, fun, fun?  Just because you happen to have already lived half a dozen or more decades, that doesn’t mean you no longer want to have fun, fun, fun.  (Speaking of which – F-U-N – what kind of a dopey, leaden  word is that for an experience full of sparkles, exhilaration, and joy?  The word F-U-N lands with a thud like a dead rat.  Couldn’t the language gods have done a better job, a spiffier, lighter word?)   I digress.
