As I write this, I have just finished writing my annual holiday letter and card. Yes, I know I am finishing late and probably people will get them in their mailboxes late. One of the delicious things about getting old is that one rarely sweats the small stuff anymore. Better late than never, say I.
In that holiday letter I used one of my all time favorite quotes from William Butler Yeats: “Think where man’s Glory begins and ends, And say of me, my glory is I had such friends.”
