I gather that the valley population has grown significantly due to COVID-19. I would like to welcome all of you. You have landed in a wonderful set of communities. I hope you will be savvy enough to subscribe to The Deerfield Valley News, a solid source of local information. This column is aimed at seniors and yet, hopefully, may have interest for a wider audience. It grew out of the Aging in Place initiative, a committee focused on information and resources for seniors in the Deerfield Valley.
