Jack-o’-lanterns carved by people in the community, set up in Riverbank Park.

Wilmington- Like many things, Halloween is going to be a bit different this year. Due to the difficulty of being able to control crowding and traffic on narrow downtown sidewalks, as well as small spaces inside shops, Wilmington Works will not be organizing downtown trick-or-treating in the village on Halloween. However, Halloween festivities are by no means canceled, and families are encouraged to enjoy Halloween night safely on their own.
