A tale of two towns
Last week’s edition had two different reports, one from Dover and one from Wilmington, about how officials in those towns are trying to deal with short-term rentals. They provide an interesting contrast in how neighboring towns hope to get their regulatory arms around the proliferation of STRs. By some estimates, there are more than 1,300 STRs in Dover and Wilmington.
