The smoke has settled around cannabis debate
Well, that settles it.
On Tuesday, voters in Wilmington went to the polls to vote, again, on allowing retail cannabis sales in town. Voters once again approved the sale of cannabis, by a bigger margin than the first vote in March.
For anyone who had their doubts that the March vote didn’t reflect the majority opinion, due to low voter turnout, Tuesday’s vote should erase them.
