Graduation season is wrapping up. Local high schools have sent their graduates off into the world during the past week or two.  Most colleges completed their commencement festivities in May and early June. So those caps, gowns, and certificates have been put on display or put away and graduates are headed off to the next step in their lives.  
For some it may be the next level of learning, either college, grad school, or advanced training in a vocational or technical field. For others it might be venturing directly into the work world.
