Registration is open for BrattRock
BRATTLEBORO- Performer registration is now open for this year’s Brattleboro Youth Rock Festival, also known as BrattRock ‘18, coming to the downtown area on Saturday, September 29. Now in its third year, BrattRock provides a noncompetitive venue for musical youth from the area to connect, learn, perform, inspire, and be inspired.
The annual main event is a full-day festival held at 118 Elliot Street. The schedule features free music workshops offered by area musicians, such as Eugene Uman, Samirah Evans, Molly Steinmark, Kevin Parry, and Peter Seigel. Gates open to the public in the evening with youth musicians performing on two stages, as well as food vendors, crafts, and a variety of fun activities for the whole family.
Participation in BrattRock is free and open to solo musicians and bands with all members under age 20. Online registration is open at www.brattrock.org.
