Bluegrass band performs benefit concert Saturday

HALIFAX- On Sunday, October 21, from 2 to 4 pm, the Snake Mountain Bluegrass Band will be performing a benefit concert at the Community Hall, 20 Brook Road.
Proceeds will benefit the community hall, to update the old electric wiring in the building built in 1844. Refreshments available for purchase include hot dogs, hamburgers, pies by the slice, whole pies, beverages, and more.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12, and are available for purchase at Dots of Dover, Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce,  Wilmington Town Clerk office,  Halifax town office, Jacksonville Store, and First Stop store and service station in Jacksonville.
