Tree of Warmth seeking winter clothing contributions for needy

WILMINGTON-  People’s United Bank, Wilmington branch, and its Women In Leadership chapter invite the public to participate in the Tree of Warmth spirit of giving event.
All that is needed to participate is to bring in handmade, new or gently used hats, gloves, mittens, and scarves to drape on the Tree of Warmth in the lobby of the  Wilmington branch at 29 East Main Street.  
They are also looking for clean, gently used coats, especially for adults (don’t forget the men).  These items will be donated to local shelters or organizations to pass along to men, women or children in need of warmth this holiday season.  Items will be collected until December 19.
