Preschool screening offered

WILMINGTON-A free preschool screening will be held on Monday, September 30, at the WSWSU Central Office in the old high school building at 1 School Street. This developmental screening is sponsored by the Windham Southwest Supervisory Union and is open to any 3- or 4-year-old who lives in Wilmington, Whitingham, Halifax, Readsboro, Stamford or Searsburg. The purpose of the screening is to give parents information about their child’s readiness skills, speech and language development, and motor skills.  
If anyone is interested in a screening for their child they can call (802) 464-1300, ext. 123, before September 25 and set up an appointment for a screening.
