PenPal Your Neighbor
WINDHAM COUNTY- “PenPal Your Neighbor,” a project in connecting residents through the written word, is launching this month.
The project will connect Windham County residents with a pen pal from within the county. Participation is free. Participants will receive the name and mailing address of their pen pal; stationery and postage for five letters; and a list of ideas for what to write about if they get stuck.
