Pasta-making demonstration
WILMINGTON - Pettee Memorial Library Cookbook Club will host an event called “Pasta Shapes and Sauces.” The event is Wednesday, January 10, at 6 pm. Attendees will see a pasta-making demonstration with Joe Santosuosso, try their hand with a ravioli press, and talk about their favorite pasta shapes and sauces.
