Green Up Day is coming May 1
DOVER- The town’s Green Up Day will be held on Vermont’s statewide Green Up Day, Saturday, May 1, rain or shine. Community volunteers of all ages are encouraged to help clean up Dover by picking up litter from roadsides and public places. All interested volunteers should meet at the Dover School at 9 am for special Green Up Day bags and road assignments. Long pants, long-sleeve shirts, gloves, hats, sturdy shoes or boots, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended. Elementary age children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
