Get a taste of Vermont while helping feed children

STRATTON- The Stratton Foundation kicks off the winter season of signature events with the ninth annual Taste of Vermont on Saturday, December 14, from 7 to 9 pm at the Stratton Mountain Resort.
Holding the event at the start of the ski season provides the opportunity for homeowners, ski clubs, weekend guests, and locals to become amazed by all that Vermont has to offer. The event presents the best of the region’s restaurants, chefs, edibles, and spirits, along with Vermont-made products for an evening of bites, sips, and shopping, all for a great cause.
A $100 VIP ticket includes early access at 6:30 pm for a special tasting presentation by Vermont’s Snow Farm Vineyard and Winery, a Taste of Vermont apron, and two complimentary drink tickets. General admission adult tickets are $40 and children under 13 are $20.  Family tickets (of two or more children) are $100.  Doors open at 7 pm.  Beverages and cash bar are also available.  Awards will be presented for top People’s Choice Tastings so come taste, vote, and enjoy this mountain favorite event for the whole family.
All presenters are donating their time, talent, and provisions in partnership with the Stratton Foundation’s mission to care for the well-being of children across southern Vermont.  Proceeds from ticket sales support critical programs and services that address hunger, basic necessities, oral hygiene and health, and innovative education, giving children the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
Tickets are available at the door but online purchase is recommended.  To view the list of presenters and for more information visit www.strattonfoundation.org/taste.
