Financial consultations offered for agribusiness

VERMONT- University of Vermont Extension is offering free individual financial consultations for anyone with a farm, forest or maple business, whether well established or just starting out.
Individuals may meet in person with an Extension business expert at one of nine UVM Extension offices for their 90-minute session or arrange for a consultation by phone or online.
Sessions are tailored to the financial needs of each agribusiness and may be used for a review of financial records or a business plan, help with developing a balance sheet or budget, revision of marketing and business planning goals or other financial matters.
Appointments may be made with the following UVM Extension specialists at these locations: Chris Lindgren (forest or maple), Bennington, Berlin, Brattleboro, Rutland, St. Johnsbury; and Betsy Miller (farm), Bennington, Brattleboro, Middlebury, Rutland.
Appointments are on a first come, first served basis and may be booked from now through April 22 at go.uvm.edu/bizclinic2020. Times must be reserved no later than Thursday of the week prior to the desired slot.
To request a disability-related accommodation to participate contact Christi Sherlock at (802) 476-2003, ext. 200, or toll-free at (866) 860-1382 at least three weeks in advance.
