Contra dancing

Laurie Indenbaum and Andy Davis will provide music for some dancing.
BRATTLEBORO- The public is invited to an evening of contra dancing at The Stone Church, 210 Main Street, on Tuesday, January 8, from 7 to 10.
Music will be provided by local legends Andy Davis on accordion, Laurie Indenbaum on fiddle, and Jim Fownes on keyboard, with Fred Breunig calling. Those who are new to contra dancing are encouraged to arrive at 7 pm for a brief introductory lesson. No partner needed, and beginners are welcome.
All dances are taught and called. Participants are asked to carry in clean, soft soled shoes. Admission is $10 to $12 for adults, $8 for college students, and $5 for youth.
