Club welcomes monthly guest speaker

NEWFANE- On Tuesday, February 12, the Valley Lions Club welcomes Beatrice Birch, Inner Fire founder and board president, as the monthly guest speaker for the club. She will present an introduction to Inner Fire mission.
Inner Fire Inc. has been created to offer an alternative to the current treatment model of psychotropic medications. It offers state of the art detoxification processes, holistic treatment modalities based on a range of proven therapeutic practices, structured individualized care, and deep healing in a residential environment that values and reconnects the human being with his/her inner fire, inner creator, and purpose in life.
Since 1969 the Valley Lions Club has met each month to conduct a general business meeting and host a guest presenter to learn more about the communities of the West River Valley they serve. The club meets at the NewBrook Fire Station from 7 to 8 pm, on the second Tuesday of each month.
