Celebrating fire prevention week

This week is Fire Prevention Week and the Readsboro Historical Society will honor the volunteer fire department on Thursday, October 10, at 7 pm. Everyone is invited to attend the museum at 7009 Main Street where there will be a display of the early days to the present, including old photographs. All retired and current firefighters are encouraged to attend.
