Author, poet reads from work

WILMINGTON- Bartelby’s Books, 17 West Main Street, invites the public to join them for a reading and discussion with author and poet laureate of Vermont Chard deNiord on Saturday, September 1, at 5 pm.
DeNiord’s poetry collections include “Interstate,” “Speaking in Turn,” a collaboration with Tony Sanders, “The Double Truth,”  “Night Mowing,”  “Sharp Golden Thorn” and “Asleep in the Fire.” DeNiord has also authored two books of  interviews with renowned American poets,  “Sad Friends, Drowned Lovers, Stapled Songs: Reflections and Conversations with Twentieth Century American Poets”  and “I Would Lie To You If I Could”
