WHITINGHAM- The heavenly aroma of pancakes and maple syrup will waft through the Deerfield Valley on Saturday, March 23, thanks to the Whitingam-Halifax Lions’ annual All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast. Lions will be stacking pancakes, frying sausage, and serving scrambled eggs from 7 to 10 am, at the Whitingham Municipal Center on Route 100 in Jacksonville.
A big, country breakfast, including orange juice and bottomless cups of coffee, will be served for $9 for adults and $7 for kids over the age of 5. Youngsters under the age of 5 eat free. Proceeds from this event will help fund Lions community service projects in the Deerfield Valley.
